Typically, it takes around 5-7* working days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 10-20* working days for international orders to get delivered, after they’re picked up by our 3rd party courier partners. We typically take 0-2 working days to process and pack an order. We work with 3rd party courier partners.
In very rare cases, due to logistical, operational, or force majeure complications or public holidays, festival seasons the delivery may get delayed. Please note that we do not have any control over a delay in delivery by the 3rd party courier partner. However, we will do our best to escalate the delay with the 3rd party courier partner and expedite a resolution.
TIGER MOTO is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and
only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2
Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order
confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services
